About me...

Born and raised in Alberta, I earned my Aeronautical Engineering Technologist Diploma from SAIT. This was my backup plan as what I really wanted to do was fly airplanes. I landed a position at an Oil and Gas company to fund my dream of flying. While working full-time, I completed my Commercial Pilot License. Then there were two options. One, to become a rampy up north and the other, to train as a Flight Instructor. I chose the latter! After getting my Flight Instructor Rating, I quit my oil and gas industry job and started teaching students how to fly at the Springbank Airport. I LOVED teaching and took pride in knowing one day, this student that can’t tell the difference between the throttle and the fuel mixture knob in a Cessna 172 would be sitting in the Captains seat of a Boeing 737. AND IT ALL STARTED WITH ME…ME!!!!

After training students for a few years, I continued my own training and upgraded my licenses with a Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating in Boundary Bay! I moved on to fly in Northern Ontario as a Co-pilot in the bush on a Pilatus. This machine was a compact nine-seater version of a 737, with only one engine though. BUT the adventure and love for flying were not enough to keep me in the business when it came to the lifestyle. I wanted stability, flexibility, a social life, and spending time with my family. SO, after a few years, I packed my bags, moved back to Calgary, and started working in the industry that once funded my dream.

Having been successful in various roles in the Oil and Gas industry, a decade later, I decided I wanted something more. Something that fulfilled me. Something that was better suited to everything I was good at. Like TALKING to people, HELPING people, PROBLEM-SOLVING, COLLABORATING, COORDINATING, ANALYZING data, MANAGING my own time, and best of all, DEALING with something NEW every day. Well, here I am! Licensed to help you buy and or sell Residential, Commercial, and Rural Real estate. So what do you say?
